The idea behind the concept is that by only eating low calorie meals during the week, you keep your metabolism in top gear for the weekends when it will work harder to burn those extra calories.
I have to admit that I wasn’t convinced I could eat what I wanted on the weekends and lose weight. I had heard of diets that allowed you one day a week off, but two didn’t seem to be possible. Nonetheless I gave the web site the benefit of the doubt and followed the weekly meal and exercise programs religiously.
